At preschool, we chose the autism awareness colour blue to highlight our own differences and uniqueness. a wall of our self portraits certainly proved that ☺
We are all different but we are all special!
This year we were lucky to be able to celebrate light up blue for Autism at Norfolk Island's government house.
We also loved the airport beacon light on top of Mt. Pitt lit up.
With 1 in 100 or less being diagnosed on the Autism spectrum, many of us are touched by someone who is affected.
Though with so much to celebrate about our individualities, we are happy to be blue but not sad.
